My name is Sharon, I am a Work at Home Mum to a beautiful boy who was born at 25 weeks and the result of our 11th IVF transfer and married to a wonderful supportive man. I have 20 yrs retail experience ranging from Store manager of 2 fashion retail stores to an Area manager with a large retailer.
You say why LiL Moo & Mee and why is there no cow in my logo but a butterfly....my son has made a mooing noise most of his little life thus LiL Moo, Mee is obviously me and the butterfly represents our daughter we lost in 2003 after our 6th IVF transfer.
I started sewing in 2009 after the Black Saturday Bushfires burn't Marysville to the ground. We had started building here before the fires and was more than lucky enough to have our house survive, with no one protecting it. I was up here with only one neighbour around us as every house had burnt to the ground except 13, but not only that I had a 9 month old. I just needed something to keep my brain going and with the frustration of not finding Decor items for my son I decided to make what I needed myself and thus where the business came from.
